Processing time
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.  
• Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 5–7 business days.

Carriers & service
• We ship via USPS or UPS from Louisiana, USA.  
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping cost
• Standard shipping within the United States is FREE on all orders.  

Delivery timeframes
• Continental US: typically 2–6 business days after shipment.  
• Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: 3–10 business days after shipment.
