Returns & Refunds — BnJ 3D Creations

Return window
• You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of items
• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
• Email bnj3dcreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
• Ship returns only after we approve your request. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Return shipping cost
• We provide a prepaid return label (free return shipping) for approved returns.

Exchanges
• For the fastest exchange, return the item once approved and place a new order for the item you want.

Damages or issues
• Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
• Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom names, sizes, color mixes made to order)
• Digital items (if ever applicable)
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items (if marked as such at time of purchase)

Refunds
• We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see the refund, email bnj3dcreations@gmail.com.

European Union customers (14-day cooling-off period)
• If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is covered by us once approved.
